Of course we actively encourage female and LGBTQ entrepreneurs to apply, and we intend to follow Cambridge Angels positive example in this. While we work with Oxford University, we also actively seek investments from beyond including Brookes, and the Harwell and Culham campuses. However, we do not require an institutional affiliation of any kind as long as our business and investment criteria are met. For cyber and defence companies specifically, we will engage across the UK
